TRUMBULL HOUSING AUTHORITY STERN VILLAGE HAS CLOSED THEIR WAITLIST AS OF JUNE 27TH, 2025. IF SELECTED FOR THIS WAITLIST 2025-2026, LETTERS WILL BE SENT OUT ON JULY 14TH, 2025.

Eligible applicants must be age 62 or older, or age 18 or older and disabled.
Rent calculation starts at the base rent and in addition to not exceed 30% of the household adjusted monthly income.
