TRUMBULL HOUSING AUTHORITY STERN VILLAGE HAS CLOSED THE PRE-APPLICATIONS FOR MARCH 29, 2024, we have met our max of 125 applications.
All pre-applications must be postmarked by March 29th, 2024, or the first 125 pre-applications. Pre-applications received postmarked after March 29th, 2024, or after the first 125 applications, will be rejected. No applications will be accepted by hand delivery, facsimile, e-mail, or any other electronic transmission. Only ONE pre-application will be accepted for each prospective household. Duplicate pre-applications and incomplete applications will be rejected. Efficiency and one-bedroom units only.

Eligible applicants must be age 62 or older, or age 18 or older and disabled.
Rent calculation starts at the base rent and in addition is based on 30% of adjusted monthly income.
