TRUMBULL HOUSING AUTHORITY STERN VILLAGE HAS CLOSED THEIR WAITLIST AS OF JUNE 27TH, 2025.
We will not be accepting applications until about January 2027.

Eligible applicants must be age 62 or older, or age 18 or older and disabled.
Rent calculation starts at the base rent and in addition to not exceed 30% of the household adjusted monthly income.

| $71,650 per year for 1 person (efficiency) | $650 per month |
| $81,850 per year for 2 people (1-bedroom) | $700 per month |
